The Journal of Reproductive Medicine just published a study showing that that a natural extract of pine bark performed better than standard drug therapy for symptoms associated with endometriosis. The researchers found that while pycnogenol (pine bark extract) took longer to take effect than the drug, the pycnogenol had longer lasting effects. Twenty-four weeks after treatment ended the pycnogenol group maintained a benefit, while the drug group regressed.
If you or someone you know suffers from endometriosis, I highly recommend that you try pycnogenol!
Recall that pycnogenol is beneficial for a host of other disorders including ADHD.
