"The hypothesis that the quality of human relationships is a component in the development of cancer was investigated in a prospective study of former medical students." This interesting study gave questionnaires to medical students regarding the quality of their personal relationships.
Years later, the researchers found a significant link between lack of fulfilling relationships and the development of cancer. Cancer prevention begins now. A nutritious diet, a healthy level of exercise, a job you love, and fulfilling relationships are all preventative. Take time to give energy and share time with the ones you love. Remember that quality relationships begin at home--give more than you take, make your appreciation known, and turn the other cheek regularly.
