A new study shows that Omega-3's cut dementia risk by half! The study, published in this month's Archives of Neurology, followed 899 dementia--free people for 9 years. Over that time period 99 cases of dementia developed, including 71 cases of Alzheimer's Disease. The people with the highest levels of DHA (an omega-3 fatty acid found in fish oil) had a 47% reduction in dementia!
