High Cholesterol

Cholesterol is a necessary part of every cell in your body.  Having "high" cholesterol alone does not increase risk for heart attack and stroke.  There is a growing body of evidence to show that in many cases, taking a drug to lower your cholesterol puts you at greater risk than not taking the drug.  The best article on the subject is on this page--"The Cholesterol Article".  This article discusses how to determine if you are at risk, and excellent natural treatment options including dietary, supplemental, and lifestyle choices.  Please enjoy all the links on this page!
