Sign Up for Our Gym in Nevada City

At Sierra Spine & Fitness we have a 1000 sqft training facility that we are happy to share with you. Monthly rates are $30 for a single, and $55 for a couple (sign up buttons below)​. After signing up you need to stop by the office to get a keycard and sign a waiver. Please wear clean shoes in the gym, put your weights away, and be respectful of others in the facility! Personal training is available with Amy Zuhlke.
